Margo Trotter has more than 30 years of extensive experience in the healthcare industry – both in the United States and in Canada. Having worked in clinical, administrative, and business development roles, Margo is ideally suited to provide knowledgeable and visionary leadership to Wellsource Health Solutions. She has been a member of several professional organizations, served on various public and private Boards, and been published locally, nationally and internationally. She is a sought-after speaker on the topics of quality, organizational process, leadership, and health coaching.
Margo believes in the power of health promotion and wellness – and knows it is especially effective when combined with personalized health coaching. As Executive Vice President, she provides the leadership to guide organizations to achieve their highest wellness potential.
Margo is a member of both the American College of Health Care Executives and the Canadian College of Health Services Executives. She graduated as a Registered Nurse from the Mack School of Nursing in St. Catharine's, Ontario Canada, received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and earned a Masters of Health Science in Health Administration from the University of Toronto.
